The Jews
Matthew 15:24 - But he answered and said, I have been sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
Matthew 10:6 - But rather go to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
Matthew 15:26 - But he answered and said, It is not proper to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs.
Mark 7:27 - But Jesus said to her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not right to take the children's bread, and to cast it to the dogs.
John 4:22 - You do not know what you worship: we know what we worship: for salvation is from the Jews.
Matthew 8:11 - And I say to you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall recline at table with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 8:12 - But the sons of the kingdom shall be cast into the outer darkness: where there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Luke 21:24 - And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down by the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
John 7:19 - Did not Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keeps the law? Why do you seek to kill me?
John 7:21 - Jesus answered and said to them, I have done one work, and you all marvel.
John 8:37 - I know that you are Abraham's seed; but you seek to kill me, because my word has no place in you.
John 10:32 - Jesus answered them, I have shown you many good works from my Father; for which of those works do you stone me?
John 8:38 - I speak that which I have seen in the presence of my Father: and you do that which you have heard from your father.
John 8:39 - They answered and said to him, Abraham is our father. Jesus said to them, If you were Abraham's children, you would do the works of Abraham.
John 8:40 - But now you seek to kill me, a man who has told you the truth, which I have heard from God: this Abraham did not do.
John 8:41 - You do the deeds of your father. Then they said to him, We are not illegitimate children; we have one Father, even God.
John 8:42 - Jesus said to them, If God were your Father, you would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; for I did not come of my own accord, but he sent me.
John 8:43 - Why do you not understand my speech? it is because you cannot bear to hear my word.
John 8:44 - You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature: for he is a liar, and the father of lies.
John 8:45 - And because I tell you the truth, you do not believe me.
John 8:46 - Which of you convicts me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do you not believe me?
John 8:47 - He who is of God hears God's words: therefore you do not hear them, because you are not of God.
John 8:49 - Jesus answered, I do not have a devil; but I honour my Father, and you dishonour me.
John 9:41 - Jesus said to them, If you were blind, you would have no sin: but now you say, We see; therefore your sin remains.
John 10:26 - But you do not believe, because you are not my sheep.
Matthew 21:31 - Which of the two did the will of his father? They said to him, The first. Jesus said to them, Truly I say to you, That the tax gatherers and the prostitutes go into the kingdom of God before you.
Matthew 21:32 - For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him: but the tax gatherers and the prostitutes believed him: and even when you had seen this, you did not afterward repent and believe him.
Luke 22:67 - Are you the Christ? tell us. And he said to them, If I tell you, you will not believe:
Luke 22:68 - And if I question you, you will not answer me.
Matthew 11:16 - But to what shall I liken this generation? It is like children sitting in the markets, and calling to their fellows,
Matthew 11:17 - And saying, We have piped for you, and you have not danced; we have mourned for you, and you have not lamented.
Matthew 11:18 - For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, He has a devil.
Matthew 11:19 - The Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold, a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax gatherers and sinners. But wisdom is justified by her deeds.
Luke 7:31 - And the Lord said, To what shall I compare the men of this generation? and what are they like?
Luke 7:32 - They are like children sitting in the marketplace, and calling one to another, and saying, We played the pipes for you, and you did not dance; we sang a dirge for you, and you did not weep.
Luke 7:33 - For John the Baptist came neither eating bread nor drinking wine; and you say, He has a devil.
Luke 7:34 - The Son of man comes eating and drinking; and you say, Behold a gluttonous man, and a drunkard, a friend of tax gatherers and sinners!
Luke 7:35 - But wisdom is justified by all her children.
John 18:36 - Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then my servants would fight, that I should not be delivered up to the Jews: but my kingdom is not of this world.
John 18:20 - Jesus answered him, I spoke openly to the world; I always taught in the synagogue, and in the temple, where the Jews all come together; and I said nothing in secret.
Matthew 22:2 - The kingdom of heaven is like a certain king, who gave a marriage feast for his son,
Matthew 22:3 - And sent forth his servants to call those who were invited to the marriage feast: but they would not come.
Matthew 22:4 - Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell those who are invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fat calves have been killed, and all things are ready: come to the marriage feast.
Matthew 22:5 - But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his business:
Matthew 22:6 - And the rest took his servants, and treated them spitefully, and killed them.
Matthew 22:7 - The king was angry, and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned their city.
