Monrovia School Link ~ Number 179 ~ August 28, 2006
I guess Summer's over (though it's still hot enough) and it looks as if the district is now back to having regular board meetings. At 5:30 this Wednesday, August 30, there'll be a study session about the Monrovia High construction projects. Just in case you're interested.

Here's what I noticed on the agenda.
There'll be a study session at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Room to discuss the Monrovia High School Facilities Projects. Oh! I mentioned that already, didn't I? Oh well.
At the regular 7 p.m. meeting there will be:
- Item 3.5. Reports on: enrollment and staffing, elementary report card status (whatever that means), and an update on playgrounds at Wild Rose, Plymouth and all elementary campuses.
- Item 6.22. Receive a report on the latest state and federal student achievement tests results from the 2005-06 school year.
- Item 7.8. Establish "Building Fund #5" to keep track of the bond money and how it's handled.
- Item 7.9. Approve the revised 2006-07 bus schedule for home-to-school transportation.
- Item 8.4 and 8.5. Disclose the proposed provisions of agreements with Monrovia Teachers Association (MTA) and California School Employees Association.
- Item 9.2 and 9.2. Consider readmitting a couple students who were chucked out.
