Zambezi
Zambezi, a river of Southern Africa which rises about latitude 11° S, long. 23° E., and flowing S. through a flat plateau till it attains a breadth of a mile, suddenly plunges in the cataract known as the Victoria Falls to a level some 400 feet lower.
