Higgins John
Higgins, John, a divine who flourished in the latter half of the 16th century at Winsham in Somersetshire. He produced an edition of Terence, a, treatise on Christ's Bescent into Hell, and a reprint, with additions of his own, of Sackville's Mirror for Magistrates. He died in 1603.
