Harry, Blind, sometimes called Henry the Minstrel, about whose life little or nothing is known, was the author of a poem which was long popular in Scotland. The title of the book, which was first printed in 1570, is Tltx Actis and Bddis of the Muster and vailzeand eampioun, Schir William Wallace, Knicht of Ellerslie. The author is said by Major to have earned his livelihood by going about reciting his work.
