Gemmi Pass
Gemmi Pass, a picturesque and much-frequented Alpine road, 24 miles S. of Thun, connecting the cantons of Valais and Berne. From the baths of Leuk the road is hewn out of the solid rock, and attains a height of 7,160 feet above sea-level.
