Fouche

Fouche, Joseph, Duc d' Otranto (1763-1820), was born at Nantes, and was educated there and at Paris. He taught philosophy at Nantes, and after the Revolution, being then an advocate, he was returned to the Convention as member for the Loire Inferieure. He was on the Committee of Education, and took part in the atrocities of Collot
