Degaru

Degaru, a branch of the Mishmi nation, North Assam highlands, between the Midhi and Neju, with distinct speech; "unmistakable Mongolian features" (T. T. Cooper, Mishmi Hills); there are three divisions - Yo-en, Tarying, and Brama.
