Chalonssur Saone
Chalons-sur-Saone, a French town in the department of Saone-et-Loire, is situated on the right bank of the Saone river. Its most notable buildings are the church of St. Vincent, which dates from the fourteenth century, the church of St. Pierre, the exchange and commercial college. Its industries embrace iron-foundries, ship-building, glass, chemicals, and dye works.
