Brihuega

Brihuega, a town in the province of Guadalajara, New Castile, Spain, on the river Tajuna. 20 miles N.E. of Guadalajara. It was here in 1710 that the rear-guard of Lord Stanhope's army was captured by the Duc de Vendome. There are some factories for linen and woollen goods.
