Baden

Baden, a small town in the canton of Aargau, Switzerland, 14 miles N.W. of Zurich. It has been famous since Roman times (Tac. H. I 67) for its hot mineral springs, still much frequented. Another Baden, the classical Aqua Cetiae, is 12 miles S. of Vienna at the entrance of the Hetmenthal.
