Babblers
Babblers (Timaliinae), a sub-family of Babbling Thrushes (q.v.), most numerous in the Malay Peninsula, whence they range north, south, and east in decreasing numbers. In this sub-family, which includes the Bower-Birds, Bush-Babblers, and Regent Bird, the rounded concave wing characteristic of the Babbling Thrushes reaches its fullest development.
