Adam Alexander

Adam, Alexander, a Scotch schoolmaster and educational writer of some note, was born in 1741, and died in 1809. His most valuable books were The Principles of Latin and English Grammar, Roman Antiquities, A Summary of History and Geography, and a Latin dictionary.
